Throughout the intensive we will be cooking recipes together. You are invited to purchase the ingredients and cook along with me, but you can also just watch the cooking calls live or at a later time. Complete ingredient lists will be provided at the kickoff workshop.
1. Can I participate in the Cooking Intensive if I live outside the US?
Definitely. You will have access to all digital resources, and all calls are recorded and shared so you won't miss a thing. If the time difference works for you, I'd love to see you on the calls:).
2. Will we have calls every day of the intensive?
No. The call schedule will be posted in the members group. Plan on at least 5 live cooking calls as well as several class lessons and other pre-recorded videos you can watch. All of the calls are recorded and you can work through them at your own pace, but attending live is always encouraged and invited.
3. How much of a time commitment is the intensive?
An hour or less each day would allow you to work through the exercises and daily lesson.
The LIVE calls will be under an hour each. Cooking or shopping for ingredients are things you are likely already doing, so this does not add anything extra to your commitments.
4. How long will we have access to the intensive?
The Cooking Intensive course will be open for a full year, giving you plenty of time to download, view and access the information and practice your cooking skills and techniques.
